By the inspiration of God
Yoruba Church
was established to worship Him in spirit and in truth, in prayer and praise in Yoruba language.
Our Yoruba services are in 2 parts:
Part 1: Akoko Aanu [Moments of Mercy]
Moments of Mercy is a crusade gathering for anyone that loves to see revival in the land, enjoys bible study, deliverance prayers, healing & protection prayers, infilling of the Holy Spirit, praise and spirit-filled drama.
Moments of Mercy takes place quarterly and by God’s assurance, we will fulfil this mandate He has given us.
Part 2: Monthly Saturday Evening Prayers
This is a prayer meeting to support God’s people to grow and develop spiritually. Are you interested in standing in the gap for your family, church, community and nation, praying in Yoruba language? Please join us every 3rd Saturday of the month at 9pm online.

Bible Study
At My Father’s House, we believe that a good understanding of God’s word (the Bible) is essential for Christian growth. We therefore meet regularly for interactive study of the Bible every Wednesday between 7:30pm and 8:30pm.
By doing this, we are able to support individual members in fulfilling God’s mandate for our church: to focus on Christ, equip believers and edify Christ’s body (the Church).
We welcome you to join us for Bible study ONLINE and we trust that it will be an enriching time for you.

Our weekly Coffee Mornings at My Father’s House are spectacular, where we always have time for a chat, to interact and connect with our community. We strive to emulate Jesus Christ who spent his life engaging with his community feeding, comforting and providing for them. Our desire as a church is to do greater works as commissioned by Him.
Coffee Mornings will resume after lockdown! So, join us!

My Father’s House is a vibrant church based in the Dunstable neighbourhood. We are a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and are a church plant of Jesus House, London. We aspire to emulate Christ so that we can be a light to the world around us and a friend to those in need.
It all started when Pastor Agu Irukwu, senior pastor of Jesus House asked Babatunde & Kemisola Akinfisoye to start a new parish and with a lot of prayers and encouragement from the Holy Spirit, the vision was birthed in their lounge at the first mid-week service on Wednesday 27th April 2011 with fourteen people in attendance
Leadership Team
Our Pastor along with other dedicated ministers serve in the areas of teaching, prayer, evangelism, faith formation, children, youth, congregational care, welcome, follow up and community engagement.
An able volunteer leadership team also oversees the church facilities, media, finances, communication, music and events and each member of the team is willing to assist in the day-to-day operation of our church.
Babatunde Akinfisoye
senior and founding Pastor
He is an accomplished author of four books: Now that you have received Christ, Matthew’s Gospel: a bible study guide, Acts of the Apostles: a bible study guide and The Most Excellent Way. He is a passionate Bible teacher and preacher, and is known for his thoroughness in the teaching God’s Word and practical insights.
Babatunde is passionate about equipping fellow leaders and encouraging our congregation to engage with the Word of God. His ministry began as a youth leader in the Anglican Church, in Youth for Christ and as a President of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International back in Nigeria.
His insight and understanding of God’s Word have been a blessing to the many believers he has had the privilege of teaching over the years. He enjoys sharing what God has taught him about the ministry of Jesus’ followers and disciples as were inspired by the Holy Spirit.
Babatunde enjoys reading, teaching and playing table tennis. Babatunde is married to Kemisola and they have two children.
Kemisola Akinfisoye
co-founding pastor
She heads the youth ministry and is devoted to the young peoples’ spiritual growth, welfare and wellbeing. She likes to see them grow up in the right environment and see parents enjoy the fruit of their labour. She is also passionate about relationships and enjoys to see it blossom as God intended.
Kemisola works closely with other leaders on different projects in My Father’s House- the Coffee Mornings, Raven Project and oversees Community Outreach. The thing Kemisola loves most about My Father’s House is that the more one comes to know about this church, the more one is amazed and inspired about what God is doing.
Kemisola loves sewing, enjoys reading and watching good movies.
